[Review] Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes! Mascara

Hi everyone! (:

Because I'm paranoid of my lashes falling out or getting damaged by mascara, I usually make sure to pick ones that condition my lashes while also giving me the added volume and length.  The Tarte Lights, Camera, Lashes! mascara is supposed to add oomph to your lashes while also conditioning them (: This was $19 from Sephora.

The packaging feels so high end, especially the tube the mascara comes in. I don't know how to describe it exactly, but the tube feels like it's been made out of high quality material, not to mention it feels glamorous.

This mascara is free of parabens, phthalates, and many other ingredients that could be potentially harmful :D The brush doesn't clump as much, and the scent isn't too bothersome either. However, the results just didn't deliver for me. My lashes didn't seem much better than they were before. I didn't expect a false lash effect, but it seemed like this mascara was just coating my lashes without doing much, except condition them. I think this would be great if it was clear and made solely for condition the lashes, because this mascara doesn't deliver as well as I thought it would. 

Pros:

- Conditions lashes
- Free of parabens
- Easy to remove

- No excessive clumping

Cons:

- Doesn't really improve the look of my lashes
- Doesn't hold the curl for long

Repurchase? Probably not.
