[Review] LUSH Mint Julips Lip Scrub

Dry, chapped lips have always been a problem for me, especially during the winter. I never even thought to try lip scrubs (sad, I know), but I finally have. Let me just say this lip scrub is amazing. I used to think lip balm would be enough, but now I am proven wrong. Below are pictures of the Mint Julips Lip Scrub from LUSH, which I was $9.95 at a LUSH counter at a nearby Macy's (:

It even shows you the date the product was made, who the product was made by, and the use by date.

I know the directions say you can lick the excess off, but I think that's a little...unsanitary. Also, even though the directions also say to apply your favorite LUSH lip balm after, I'm sure any lip balm would be fine.

The ingredients are fine, too :D

It has a grainy texture, and it smells amazing. True to its word, it smells like mint chocolate. The scent isn't too strong or too faint - it's just about perfect. 

A little goes a long way for this product, so you don't need a whole lot to get nice results (which also means this tiny jar will last a long time). It's a little awkward to get out of the jar, but maybe that's just me XD All of it is stuck together at the top - maybe that's why.

My lips are noticeably smoother and even look a little more plumper after using this :D My lip balm applies easily and my lips look healthier and feel smoother and moisturized.

Pros:

- Smooths lips
- Exfoliates lips
- Makes lips look healthier and overall better
- Good value
- Product will last you a long time

Cons:

- Kind of stuck together at top so a little awkward to get the product out of the jar

Repurchase? Yes...although I think it'll be some time before I need to go back and repurchase this because of the good value!
